5-channel multispectral filter

The multispectral filter is precisely manufactured using a photolithography + coating composite process, using high-precision replica photolithography technology to create a deposition mask, and sequentially plating high-performance filter films for each spectrum segment within the deposition pattern. The multispectral filter has high transmittance and excellent filtering characteristics. Multiple filter channels are integrated on a single substrate, and the spatial positioning accuracy is extremely high.
